The mind behind Nautivo Marine Solutions

Nautivo Marine Solutions was born from real experience inside the marine industry.

I started working at Puerto Del Rey Marina in Fajardo, Puerto Rico back in 2010, knowing absolutely nothing about boats. On my first day, I watched a 90’ yacht being lifted by a travel lift between dry stack racks… and I was hooked.

From that moment on, I fell in love with every part of this industry: power boats, sailboats, outboards, inboards, electronics, detailing, storage, towing, charters, and everything in between.

Over the years, I worked in marina offices, boatyards, built a detailing business, dispatched for a premier on-water towing service company, and charter companies in both Puerto Rico and Texas.

What stood out the most wasn’t the boats, it was the people behind the businesses.

Great technicians, captains, and service, but weak systems.
No follow-up, structure, or organization behind the scenes.

Friends and contractors kept calling me for advice long after I had left certain roles, asking how to organize their offices, manage clients, and run things better.

Nautivo Marine Solutions was created to solve that exact problem.
To help marine business owners turn chaos into structure, stress into clarity, and informal operations into professional businesses.

Today, through Nautivo Marine Solutions, I get to combine everything I’ve learned with what I love most: helping marine professionals build businesses that feel lighter, more organized, and more intentional.
